Grocery Store Gift Cards - Ongoing Fundraiser
Giant, Karns, and Weis gift cards are available for purchase from Karen Diegel. We earn 5% from your purchase: 2.5% goes into your student account and 2.5% goes to the boosters. The West Shore Music Boosters have a new fundraiser to help raise funds to purchase new instruments.
Centerpieces, door wreaths, and tabletop trees make great gifts for family and co-workers and even yourself! The company website is www.lynchcreek.com Order now to determine your delivery date. Delivery can be made right to the recipient. Customization of bows and the addition of lights is available. Payment is made directly on the website to the company itself and 20% of the profits go to the WS Music Boosters. Keep in mind this is a year round fundraiser so please also consider birthday, anniversary gifts, and others throughout the year.

Here's how it works: WSMB will sell discounted dining tickets for $30. Diners will have a specific meal selection offered by each restaurant valued at between $12 and $16 each. Diners will present their ticket at each of the 3 restaurants. The ticket will be validated and returned to the diner. At the completion of the 3rd meal, the final restaurant will retain the ticket for record keeping. WSMB will receive $5 from each ticket sold. Sign up for your cards HERE

**NEW Fundraiser**:Onecupjoe Fundraiser
This is an individual fundraiser starting Apr 2nd. Orders are due Apr 24, with delivery May 10th from 5:45-6:15 pm at CR.
You can puchase 24 pods per tray for $15.99 (same price as found in the store -$0.66 per cup).
You can mix & match from 250+ varieties of coffee, tea & hot chocolate. It is one order form per customer, so take as many as you need, but please return order forms you don't use.
Make sure your student name & customer name is filled out at the top of the order form. The customer writes down the number of pods they want beside each brand/flavor *in multiples of 24*. They can order as many trays of 24 as they want on one order form. Orders will come bagged (not actually in trays) that will be marked with the customer name for easy delivery.
Please place order forms & money in the band box -- check made payable to 'WSMB' or cash (if a customer gives you $16 the extra penny will be put into your individual account, so please do not give me $0.99 in change)!
All orders are due by April 24th by 2:45 pm to the band box. Please hand in the original order form with the payment, they will be returned in the bag with the order.
The profit is as below. Please note that we split the profit 50/50 between Boosters and student:
0-99 trays, we make $2.75 per tray sold; 100-199 trays = $3.00 per tray; 200+ = $3.25 per tray
* A PDF of the order form is HERE in addition to printed copies available at the band boxes. PLEASE print it IN COLOR because the "Key" for the different roasts/ teas or hot chocolate is color coded!
* You can send the PDF to family or friends further away to get orders from them.
*Hand in orders as soon as you get them, no need to wait until April 24th to hand them in all at once!
* Drop off order forms to friends/family/neighbors that are interested & give them a future date that you will stop by & pick them up, since it may take a while to pick what pods they want.
* Coffee pods are great for gift giving!
* Great way to try a variety of different brands & flavors without buying an entire box!

WSMB Spring Chicken BBQ
WSMB is holding its Spring Chicken BBQ Dinner Fundraiser on Saturday, May 5 from 10:00 am -12:00 pm. Dinners include chicken, apple sauce, baked potato and roll. Pre-sale ticket cost is $8.50 / day of the sale cost is $9.00. Bring your ticket when picking up dinners at Kelly Financial 402 Bridge St, New Cumberland, PA, 17070. Pre-sale orders must be picked up by 12:00 noon or they may be sold to the public.
When pre-ordering dinners, click on Time to Sign Up Logo (to the right) and navigate to "Chicken Barbeque Tickets May 2018" file or Click HERE. If you desire more than 1 dinner you MUST enter your name in each separate numbered slot for each dinner purchasing. Dinners may also be donated to the Bethesda Mission through the pre-ordering process. The sign-up page indicates to put in your name with a "-B" following it so we know these are donated dinners. (Example: Mary Smith -- B)
Dinner tickets can be paid for and picked up on the following dates/times:
-Thursday, April 26 at Red Land HS- ticket pick-up from Booster website orders will be from 5:30 pm -- 7:00 pm
(this is prior to the start of the Spring Concert at 7:00 pm)
